At SLA Electronics, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully.

Return Period

You may return most items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and in the same condition as received
  • Item is in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
  • Return is initiated within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or tampered with after delivery
  • Software, digital downloads, or items with broken seals
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
