Return Policy for SLA Electronics 

Effective Date: 25 March 2024 

At SLA Electronics, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. 

1. Return Eligibility 

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met: 

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
  • The item must be in the original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and documentation included. 

2. Non-Returnable Items 

Certain items cannot be returned, including: 

  • Gift cards 
  • Downloadable software products 
  • Opened or used items (e.g., electronics that have been activated) 

3. Return Process 

To initiate a return: 

  1. Contact our customer service team at admin@slaelectronics.co.za or +27 87 357 2732 to request a return authorization. 
  1. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item. 
  1. Please include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt in the return package. 

4. Return Shipping 

  • You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item, defective product). 
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over R1500, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

5. Refunds 

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Should custom duties not be paid within 10 Days of product arriving at destination warehouse and is scheduled to be returned to the supplier. You will not be eligible for a Full Refund. As we will be charged for sending products back to supplier. 50% will be refunded in this case

6. Exchanges 

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will gladly replace it with a new one.
